You will need to present a valid driving licence, a valid passport or national ID card (with photo), and the credit or debit card used to make the booking. All documents must be in the driver’s name and valid for the entire rental period.

Yes. Child seats are available on request and are provided free of charge. Please make sure you select the required child seat option when making your reservation.

If you lose your booking details, simply contact us by phone or email, you can find our contact details on the “Contact us” page. Our team will be happy to retrieve your reservation and assist you.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation by contacting us directly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days’ notice: No cancellation fee

  • From 7 days to 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total rental cost will be charged

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the total rental cost will be charged

No. Additional drivers are included free of charge at no extra cost.

 
 

No. Due to insurance limitations, our rental vehicles must not leave Spain.

We accept payment by cash or card. Please note that the card must be in the name of the main driver.

Our car rental service includes comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, 24/7 roadside assistance, extra driver free of charge and free child seats on request. There are no hidden costs.

No. There are no additional local fees. All costs are clearly shown at the time of booking.

Yes. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (0034 684 465 482), email (info@directcarrentalquesada.com), or through the contact form on our “Contact us” page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our fuel policy is full-to-full. This means you receive the car with a full tank of fuel and should return it with a full tank to avoid any refuelling charges. In the case of having to refuel, there will be a 30€ admin fee plus the fuel added.
