Early Return: No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental days.

Force Majeure: Direct Car Rental is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Reservation Transfers: Reservation transfers to another individual are allowed with prior notification and approval from Direct Car Rental.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time will not be charged.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable.
