Direct Car Rental is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Motors and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alicante, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orihuela, Alicante for the resolution of any disputes.

Our Cars – All our cars are spanish registered, left hand drive and fully insured.

Documents Required – All drivers must be a minium of 25 years of age, and be in the possession of a UK or European driving licence that has been issued for at least 2 years. There is no additional cost for any other name driver on the hire agreement.

Collecting your car – Local delivery or pick up (in Ciudad Quesada area).

Fuel Policy – The fuel policy is return as collected (same-same), with no mileage limits or surcharges.

Roadside Assistance – We provide 24hr comprehensive roadside assistance / recovery should there be any need.

Hire Cost – All cars are priced per day or part day low season (1st November – 31st March), and high season (1st April – 31st October). No credit card, deposit, or additional excess insurance is required, as all cars are fully insured. Payment is made when collecting the hired car in Euros.

Key Loss – A fee of 120€ is payable if a key is lost, this is to cover the cost of car recovery, and a replacement key.

Hire Car Restrictions – Please do not smoke in your hire car, please do not carry pets or animals, and please do not take your hire car off-road. A cleaning fee of 50€ is payable if smoke or pet odours require removal.

Child Seats – Booster seats are available free of charge for the period of hire subject to availability.

Major Damage – Unfortunately accidents do happen, we ask you to take care of the car and drive safely for all passengers, if however major damage occurs, a fee of 200€ is payable for the cost of recovering the car and adminstration, a replacement car will be provided for the rest of the rental agreement.

Fines – Any parking, speeding or other fines remain the responsibility of the hirer.
